USG People provides specialist labour-market services right across Europe (1,500 locations Europe-wide). Its brand portfolio is made up of various strong brands, including Unique, Start People and Content. The organisation wanted the corporate identities of its different brands to be uniform throughout Europe.
Our task was to implement the corporate identities of these brands in a uniform way in the countries where USG People is active. The aim here was to ensure that visible elements, including illuminated advertisements, window-display material and stickers, conformed to the standards laid down centrally.
Centralisation and standardisation
We put two of our most experienced project managers onto the job. They reduced the complexity and scale of the roll-out to manageable proportions. For each brand in each country we appointed a responsible project manager and supported them with a brand portal, which was set up centrally. We also standardised the lettering and stickers used at all locations and ensured that the illuminated advertising and other materials could be purchased centrally. This resulted in substantial long-term savings.
