TenneT

We helped TenneT to undertake a transformation to a new international corporate identity within 9 months. This resulted in a visual image that is in keeping with TenneT’s international growth and ambitions.

International ambition

TenneT is a Transmission System Operator (TSO) and manages the national high-voltage transmission grid in the Netherlands and, following its purchase of Transpower in 2009, in Germany too. This makes TenneT the first cross-border TSO in Europe.

To emphasise TenneT’s international growth ambitions, a new corporate identity was developed in 2010. This is intended to convey the organisation’s international character.

Our task was to help with the introduction of the new international corporate identity over a period of nine months.

Pragmatic approach

We supported TenneT with the naming project, the overall project management, the selection of the design agency as well as project management in specialist areas, such as signage on buildings, printed matter and ICT. In addition, we assisted the company with the selection and implementation of a corporate identity manual and communication portal, which simplify the management of its new corporate identity.

Thanks to the pragmatic approach we employed both within and between the various areas of focus, we also ensured that TenneT’s new corporate identity was realised on time at the end of 2010.

The result was a visual image that is in keeping with TenneT’s international growth and ambitions.
