Optimum brand image
Heineken is the biggest brewery in the Netherlands. Some of the company’s brands (including Amstel and Wieckse Witte) are sold via 12,000 catering outlets.
Our task was to coordinate the management and maintenance of the outdoor advertising at all its catering outlets in the Netherlands.
We analysed the Heineken organisation (processes, service levels, framework conditions, etc.) and, with the knowledge that we gained, set up a management organisation with a service desk at NykampNyboer. For support we make use of the Brand2Manage™ Signage software tool that we have developed in-house.
Efficient process
To this day, we coordinate the handling of all Dutch sales outlets: maintenance, installation, removal and replacement of advertising elements, handling of permit applications and dealing with damage and faults.
Our knowledge in the area of signage, tooling and the process as a whole gives Heineken the certainty that its process will run efficiently and its brand image will be optimised. The use of Brand2Manage™ embeds processes into the organisation and ensures that up-to-date management information is available.
As the technical service organisation (TSO) of Heineken breweries, we have been working within this collaboration, one that is new to us, for a full year now. The motto ‘everyone should do what they are good at’ has worked out well. The three parties keep each other focused and strengthen the processes involved. In other words, it’s a good example of a win-win situation.
