20 years of NykampNyboer
October 2011

2011 saw the 20th anniversary of NykampNyboer’s foundation. We celebrated this festive occasion with our employees in Maastricht on Friday 9 and Saturday 10 September.

In Maastricht we also reflected on the development that NykampNyboer has undergone over its 20-year history.

We established this specialist field and have developed from a company working primarily on rebranding projects to one that deals with brand management. We still implement corporate identities, but the service that we provide today is much more extensive than that. A wide range of brand and corporate identity management activities keep us busy, all of which are geared towards getting brands into top condition and keeping them that way.

This development in the services we provide is also reflected in the diversity of the people employed within our organisation – a variety of specialists with knowledge in the areas of social media, the automation of marketing, web-to-print, purchasing management, content management, corporate clothing and printed matter, not to mention project managers and consultants with specific knowledge in the area of brands and corporate identities. Our diversity is our strength – it enables us to work in an integrated way and to learn from each other.

It is important that our employees work together as a close-knit team, to ensure that we can offer the very best service to our clients. The theme of our anniversary weekend was therefore ‘togetherness’. From painting together creatively, to cave biking and celebrating in the caves of Valkenburg. After all, if you work hard, you need to play hard too! It was a successful weekend with exactly the right spirit and atmosphere. Here’s to the next 20 years!
